India suffered their first loss in the ongoing World Test Championship after winning seven consecutive matches. They went down meekly in the first Test of the two-match series against New Zealand in Wellington and were not able to cross the 200-run mark in both their innings. The Kiwis have grabbed the crucial 60 points to take their tally to 120 points after playing six matches in the Test Championship.
